In accordance with Real Estate Council of Alberta (RECA) requirements, our name and brokerage are disclosed on every page of this site. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit or use this website, why we collect it, how we use, share, and protect it, and the choices and rights you have. It applies only to information collected through this website. We comply with Alberta’s Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) and, where applicable, the federal Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). - Consultation bookings: When you book a consultation through our Calendly booking link, we receive the name, email address, and any other details you enter for the booking.
- Direct contact: Any information you choose to share with us by phone, email, or in person.
Information Collected Automatically
- Analytics: We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how visitors use our site — for example, pages visited, time on site, device type, and general geographic region. This uses cookies and may collect your IP address.
- Security and performance: Cloudflare, our CDN and security provider, processes technical information such as your IP address to keep the website fast and secure.

Some of our service providers — including Google, Cloudflare, and Calendly — are based in the United States. This means your information may be processed or stored outside of Canada, including in the United States, and may be subject to the laws of that country, which may permit access by its courts, law enforcement, and national security authorities.7. How Long We Keep Your Information
We keep personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy:- Contact and booking inquiries: kept for as long as needed to respond and follow up, then securely destroyed.
- Real estate transaction records: kept as required by law and professional obligations. For example, identity records related to a real estate transaction are retained for at least five years under FINTRAC requirements and RECA record-keeping rules.
- Analytics data: retained according to the service provider’s settings and our analytics needs.
